Educational Qualifications:
(i)Civilian Candidates-
Graduation in Chinese Language with min 55% marks from recognised University.
‘OR’
Graduation in any subject with two years Interpretership Diploma/HSK-IV level from a recognised University or Institute.
Desirable- Experience in Chinese Language Interpretation/ Translation/ Teaching.
(ii)Ex Service Officers-
Graduation in any subject with two years Interpretership Diploma in Chinese LanguagefromSFL/ AEC
Trg College & Centre with min ‘BX’ grading.
Desirable- Higher qualification in Chinese Language and exposure to BorderPersonnel
Meetings/ Flag Mtgs.
Note: Serving members of the Regular Army/Navy/Air Force/Police/GREF/Para Military and like forces are
not eligible. On the date of submission of application form candidate should be Ex- Service Officer.

- Online Apply on https://www.jointerritorialarmy.gov.in/home/login.
- Ex-Service Officers should enclosed photocopy of Release Order and Release Medical Board.
- Candidates should note that no request for change of date of interview will be granted.
- The candidates are required to bring the following documents in original alongwith self-attested copies
- at the time of interview. All the candidates whose complete documents are not produced for verifications
- will not be allowed to attend the interview.
- All educational qualification certificates (Matric onwards till Graduation).
- All educational documents for verification including as required at Para 2 above.
- Latest physical fitness certificate from a registered MBBS Doctor.
- Copy of Identity proof with photographs (Voter ID/PAN Card/Aadhar Card/Passport/Driving license etc).
- Domicile/ Residential proof.
- Certificate for proof of age (Matric/ Senior Secondary mark sheet & certificate for verification of date of birth.
- Service certificate by candidates employed in Central Govt/ Union Territory/State/Semi Govt/ Private Sector Authenticated by Head of office alongwith No Objection Certificate by the department as per format given at Para 14 (a) below.
- Self-employed candidates are required to submit an Affidavit on Non-Judicial stamp paper of minimum value duly attested stating nature of employment and annual income alongwith photocopy of PAN card and self-certified character certificate.
- Candidates whose names vary in documents should submit copy of Gazette otification of India/ State showing the correct name duly supported by newspaper cuttings.
- Latest income proof from the appropriate authority (i.e. Income Tax Revenue Department / Magistrate / Employer.
